Please read these terms carefully before purchasing tickets. By completing a purchase you are acknowledging and agreeing to all conditions listed below.

Important Notice

By purchasing tickets through Kallol Entertainment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions in full.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. All purchases are non-refundable but transferable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

ℹ In the case of an event being canceled or rescheduled, we will refund only the actual face value of the ticket you purchased — service fees are non-refundable.

Entry & Tickets

You must produce one of the following during check-in at the auditorium:

  • A printed copy of your ticket with the QR code clearly visible, or
  • Your E-Ticket displayed on your smartphone.
⚠ NO TICKET · NO CHECK-IN. Failure to present a valid ticket may result in denial of admission with no refund issued.

Mobile network disruptions may prevent you from accessing the internet at the venue. To ensure seamless entry, we strongly recommend saving your tickets to an easily accessible location on your smartphone before you arrive.

Security & SSL Encryption

The link between the booking service and your browser is protected using SSL encryption — the industry standard technology that keeps your personal and payment information safe and secure throughout your transaction.

Data & Privacy

  • Any data gathered from the event is the sole property of the show organizers and its affiliates.
  • Our booking system does not rent or sell your personal information to third parties.
  • Information pertaining to the show(s) may be shared between the parties involved in organizing and supporting the event.

Content Rights

Any content presented during the show is the sole intellectual property of the writer and director. Any claims, allegations, or objections regarding the content must be directed to them directly.

Photography & Videography

📷 Absolutely NO PHOTOGRAPHY or VIDEOGRAPHY of any sort is permitted. This applies to all devices including smartphones, cameras, and wearables.

Conduct & Right of Admission

We reserve the right to deny admission to, or remove any patron from, the auditorium if any violation of these terms or venue rules is found. This decision is final and no refund will be issued.

Photo Identification

Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID when attending the event. This may be required for age verification or ticket validation at the venue.
